For help with your account, the app, or a Longevity Signal feature, contact:

Please do not include sensitive medical information or laboratory reports in support emails unless specifically requested.

Apple Health

Apple Health access is optional. You choose which supported Health categories Longevity Signal can access.

You can review or change Apple Health permissions through the Health or Settings apps on your iPhone.

Password and account access

If you forget your password, use the Forgot password? option on the Longevity Signal sign-in screen.

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Longevity Signal account from within the app:

Profile → Privacy & your data → Delete account

Account deletion removes your Longevity Signal account and associated active account data.
