A clearer view of long-term health.Take a closer look

Less noise. More perspective.

Your data is the start.
Context is the difference.

You have steps, sleep, meals, and lab results. Longevity Signal brings them together, without pretending they all mean the same thing.

01

Understand your picture

See the health patterns behind the headline score.

02

Know what is missing

Separate missing information from an unfavorable result.

03

Follow change with context

Track your signal and evidence quality side by side.

Nine connected health signals

Everyday habits.
Deeper health context.
One view.

Explore the factors you may be able to influence, alongside the measurements that help put them in perspective.

Choose a health signal

Choose a signal. Its explanation appears in the full-width panel below.

Activity / Everyday

More than a daily step count.

What you add

Connect supported Apple Health observations or log activity. Steps, aerobic activity and strength training sit together in your activity view.

What it reveals

See which activity observations are available and how many days they cover. Repeated, representative days help separate your usual pattern from an unusually active or quiet day.

Keep in mind

Steps provide useful context, but not every activity measure contributes to the score in the same way.

Sleep / Everyday

Get a longer view of your sleep.

What you add

Connect supported Apple Health sleep data or log a night yourself. Sleep duration, timing and self-reported quality add different kinds of information.

What it reveals

Review observed nights and see where the record is still building. A fuller set of nights gives more context than judging a single good or bad night.

Keep in mind

This is sleep context, not a diagnosis of a sleep disorder. Missing nights remain missing information.

Nutrition / Everyday

Understand how you eat over time.

What you add

Photograph a meal, review the foods identified by AI, and edit the result before confirming it. Your confirmed meals build the record.

What it reveals

Explore meal coverage, days represented, plant diversity and recurring food categories. The app shows when more representative meals are needed before interpreting a pattern.

Keep in mind

An unlogged meal is unknown, not an unhealthy meal. One photograph does not describe your whole diet.

Cardiometabolic / Health

Look for patterns in your measurements.

What you add

Add blood pressure, resting heart rate and body measurements. Waist and height can add context that weight alone does not provide.

What it reveals

See recent measurements, their history and where repeated observations would make the picture more representative. Different measurements remain visible rather than becoming one unexplained number.

Keep in mind

A single reading is not a diagnosis. Personal interpretation and treatment decisions belong with a qualified healthcare professional.

Bloodwork / Health

Put individual markers in a bigger picture.

What you add

Upload a laboratory report and review the supported results. The bloodwork view organizes markers into areas such as lipids, glucose and kidney context.

What it reveals

Explore confirmed measurements, reported laboratory ranges and compatible earlier results when available. See which supported markers are present and which remain unknown.

Keep in mind

Missing tests do not count as poor health, and not everyone needs every test. Laboratory results still need individual clinical context.

Tobacco / Lifestyle & wellbeing

Make your exposure history visible.

What you add

Complete your tobacco profile with the information you know: current smoking, smoking history, a quit date when relevant, and second-hand smoke exposure.

What it reveals

See the reported exposure behind your tobacco signal and update the profile when your circumstances change. The app distinguishes a reported history from information you have not provided.

Keep in mind

A missing tobacco profile is not the same as reporting no exposure. The signal provides context, not a personal prediction of disease.

Alcohol / Lifestyle & wellbeing

Record the pattern, including alcohol-free weeks.

What you add

Report your weekly pattern, including drink types, amounts and drinking days. A no-alcohol week can also be recorded explicitly.

What it reveals

The app estimates alcohol exposure from the serving sizes shown in the logger and places your reported pattern in context. Updating the record helps keep the signal representative.

Keep in mind

Not reporting alcohol is not the same as reporting none. The estimate depends on the amounts and serving sizes you provide.

Stress & resilience / Lifestyle & wellbeing

See more than how stressed you feel.

What you add

Use a short weekly check-in to report stress burden, ability to cope, sense of control and interference with daily life.

What it reveals

View those four dimensions together. The app can highlight which part of your reported pattern deserves attention, rather than reducing resilience to a single feeling on a single day.

Keep in mind

This is self-reported wellbeing context, not a mental-health diagnosis or a replacement for professional support.

Social connection / Lifestyle & wellbeing

Connection is more than a contact count.

What you add

Describe your perceived social support, meaningful contact, belonging and loneliness through your social profile.

What it reveals

See these dimensions side by side and identify which parts of your reported connection feel supportive or may need attention. Update the profile as your circumstances change.

Keep in mind

Living alone, being introverted or enjoying solitude is not automatically treated as poor social health. Social needs differ between people.

Not every factor or biomarker is directly changeable. Each signal keeps the available information, its confidence and its limitations in view.

The evidence approach

Clear about the evidence.
Honest about the limits.

Longevity is too important for a number without an explanation. Your health signal, the confidence behind it, and the gaps in your data stay distinct.

01 / DEFINED MODELS

Evidence first.

Core scoring and classifications follow defined, evidence-informed models. The approach matters as much as the output.

02 / VISIBLE CONFIDENCE

Uncertainty included.

Confidence is shown separately. Missing data stays unknown — not automatically bad, and never quietly filled in.

03 / BOUNDED AI

Assistance, not authority.

AI helps with meal observation, lab extraction, and explaining structured findings. It does not replace the defined scoring models.

Explore the evidence & methodology

Health context, not a diagnosis. An informed picture, not a prediction of lifespan.

Make the everyday informative

A meal is an observation.
A pattern tells you more.

Photograph real meals. Review what was detected. Build your dietary picture from repeated observations, not a single perfect day.

01 / OBSERVE & CONFIRM

Photograph.
Review. Confirm.

AI helps identify visible foods. You can edit the result before it contributes to your nutrition pattern.

You stay in control of the record.

02 / BUILD YOUR PATTERN

a food diary.

See meal coverage, plant diversity, and recurring food categories as your evidence builds over time.

Look beneath the number.

PROGRESS, WITH PERSPECTIVE

Follow the pattern. Not just the day.

View your Longevity Signal and evidence quality over time. Better information can change a score without meaning your health improved or worsened.

A few good questions

Clarity before
you begin.

Visit support
Does Longevity Signal predict how long I will live?

No. Longevity Signal helps organize and explain health information. It is not a prediction of lifespan, a medical diagnosis, or a substitute for professional medical care.

What do you mean by modifiable risk factors?

We focus on health-related factors people may be able to influence, such as activity, dietary patterns, and tobacco or alcohol exposure. Not every factor or biomarker is directly changeable. Measurements add context, and individual clinical decisions belong with a qualified healthcare professional.

Do I need Apple Health or a complete set of blood tests?

No. Apple Health is optional, and you choose which supported categories to share. Add information as it becomes available. Missing information stays unknown rather than being treated as an unhealthy result, and not everyone needs every test.

What does the AI actually do?

AI assists with bounded tasks such as identifying foods in meal photos, extracting laboratory information, and explaining structured findings. The core scoring and classifications come from defined, evidence-informed models. You can review and edit detected meal information before confirming it.

Is the app free to download?

The app is free to download. After account setup, you can explore it before subscribing. Logging and Apple Health sync require a membership. Monthly and annual plans are offered in the app; eligible new subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial, the selected plan renews automatically unless canceled. See the app for current prices and terms.

How is my health information handled?

Longevity Signal does not sell health information or use it for third-party advertising. You control Apple Health permissions, and account deletion is available inside the app. See our Privacy Policy for details about data collection, processing, and storage.
